Welcome to the latest members of the Seaward Squadron, Karen and Tim Gabriel, who recently took delivery of their beautiful new Seaward 39 “Lazy Tiger II”.
A naming ceremony was held at the Royal Southern Yacht Club on the River Hamble. Tim poured champagne over the yacht’s bow, before turning the fizzing bottle onto the helpless group of friends gathered on the pontoon to watch the proceedings.  There were plenty of bubbles in glasses for the guests to drink and Karen provided delicious cupcakes decorated with Tigers to soak up the alcohol. All agreed that it was a great party.
We are delighted that Lazy Tiger II will be joining the Seaward rally in Falmouth on July 5th-7th this year.
